BPS Tanjung Jabung Barat Strengthens Synergy with Kodim 0419/Tanjab Ahead of the 2026 Economic Census

On Tuesday, 5 May 2026, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency conducted an official visit and courtesy meeting to the District Military Command 0419/Tanjung Jabung (Kodim 0419/Tanjab). During the visit, the BPS team met directly with the Commander of Kodim 0419/Tanjab, Lieutenant Colonel Infantry Zulhiardi, S.I.P., M.Han., as an initial step toward building inter-agency synergy and collaboration.

This activity was part of efforts to strengthen cross-sector coordination in support of the successful implementation of the 2026 Economic Census, which will take place from May to August 2026. Support from various parties, including the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), is expected to help create a conducive environment during the implementation of census activities in the field.

Through this coordination, BPS hopes to establish strong cooperation with Kodim 0419/Tanjab in supporting the implementation of the 2026 Economic Census to ensure that it is conducted safely, orderly, and optimally.
