Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency 2021

RI Law 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services stipulates that every public service provider No. carries out an evaluation of the performance of public implementers. One of these evaluations is trying to be realized through the implementation of the Community Form Survey (SKM) as regulated in PermenpanRB 14 of 2017. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS), as one of the public service providers that provides statistical data and information, always provides excellent service to consumers. BPS has held SKM regularly every year which is integrated in the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey is not only aimed at perceptions of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, but also aims to obtain data needs and consumer satisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS.
