Abstract

The total workforce in West Tanjung Jabung Regency in 2023 will be 171.40 thousand people, a decrease of 5.8 thousand people compared to 2022. The Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) in 2023 will increase by 0.17 percent, to 70.17 percent. The Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in 2023 is 2.95 percent, an increase of 0.07 percent compared to 2022. The working population is 166.33 thousand people, where the business field with the largest employment absorption is the agricultural business field of (48 .68 percent).
